my moose hat/volume one of the walking dead graphic novels

Okay, so as stated in my previous post, for Christmas this year, one of my presents was a moose hat.

I have grown quite fond of my moose hat. Today, I wore it everywhere. To diner, to CVS, to my friends house, and at home. I'm wearing it right now, as I type this. It's officially my favorite gift this Christmas. :)
(ignore my ugly face, FOCUS ON THE BEAUTIFUL MOOSE.)

My second favorite Christmas present is the first Walking Dead graphic novel. I finished the whole thing in only 12 minutes. I'm in dire need of the next few to last me through the week. Barnes and Noble, here I come.

p.s-Sorry this post is so short. I'm too tired to conjure anything else up. The pictures were edited using the app called Instagram for the IPod/phone/pad.

christmas post

I still can't believe it's Christmas. Everyone I've talked to seems to agree, this year just hasn't felt like Christmas at ALL. Maybe it's because I don't believe in Santa anymore, or i'm just at that age where my brain tells me not to care. Who knows.
Well, this Christmas was actually okay. Me and my family went over to my cousins house on Christmas eve, and my grandmother and great uncle Bobby were there too. My cousins and grandma were happy with their gifts, and I was happy with mine. We actually stayed there for four hours, which is okay considering we drove three hours to get there. My favorite part of the little get-together was my sister's fear of their dog, Smokey.
Would you be scared of this face? He would barely sit still long enough for me to get a picture of him. But my seven year old sister was utterly terrified of him. I guess his bark scared her enough. I personally love this little guy. He's very fun to mess around with and he's also a good cuddling buddy. My cousins have two other dogs, Churney and Saban, so three in total. All three of them are adorable. But what do you know? My other sister, who's 11, is scared of Churney and Saban. Only because they were HUGE dogs. Churney, on her hind legs, is taller than me, and i'm 5"7. Saban is just a puppy, but he's already pretty big, and supposed to get bigger then Churney.
This is the best picture I could get of Churney and Saban without getting all roughed up. Churney is the white dog, she's part husky and part wolf(if I remember right). Saban is a Labrador and bloodhound mix. My sister and I went outside with our Uncle Joe to feed the dogs, and of course, I go right ahead and play around with them. But Churney, who was a bit too big for my sister, jumped up and head-butted her in the lip. Of course, it was only bleeding a little, and probably didn't hurt, but the shock of it made her cry. After that, we did presents, which cheered her up a bit. I got a Walking Dead survival guide book, a CD(The xx), a grow/make your own prehistoric bug kit(grandma..), and a Skitter-bot. Which is some kind of toy bug you control with a remote. Which isn't pretty bad. After that we stayed and watched a Narnia movie, which made my mom upset with all the fighting and such, and then drove home. I fell right asleep. But of course, I woke up at three in the morning to find my presents under the tree from "Santa."

This year I didn't really ask for anything big, so all I got was 75$ worth of iTunes gift cards, Clockwork Prince by Cassandra Clare, a book about history, A Death Note t-shirt, Led Zeppelin t-shirt, Metallica t-shirt, two how-to-draw books, four cds(Pink Floyd, Incubus(2), and Alice in Chains), a moose hat(with little mittens/pockets attached for your hands), and some candy. I am IN LOVE with my moose hat. I'm wearing it right now. It's my favorite present this year. The reason I didn't really want anything more is because i'm saving up for a new camera, and that helped my mom put some money towards my camera :)

Well, that has been my Christmas. I hope whoever's reading this had a great Christmas!
